Duties, taxes & customs

International shipments (including Canada) may incur duties, VAT, GST, or brokerage fees charged by your local customs authority or the carrier upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout unless stated and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Refusal to pay duties may result in the package being returned or abandoned. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
  • Customs inspections can add 1–5 business days to delivery time.

Packaging & protection

Every pair ships in its branded case with protective wrapping inside a rigid outer carton. We use tamper‑evident tape and insure all parcels for their full value.

  • If your box arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
  • Wrong, missing, or damaged items are prioritized—reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Restrictions & exceptions

  • We do not ship to countries under US trade sanctions or where carriers cannot ensure service.
  • Some remote regions may require additional transit days or incur surcharges (shown at checkout when applicable).
  • We may split shipments when an order contains pre‑order and in‑stock items.

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Expedited and Overnight services may be unavailable for these addresses.

International orders may be subject to customs fees in the destination country. These fees are not collected by us and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders $400+ may require an adult signature on delivery for security. If you need to waive or add a signature, contact support before shipment.

We insure all shipments. If tracking stalls for 7 business days (US) or 12 business days (International), or if your package arrives damaged, contact us. We’ll open a trace and resolve with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We can modify addresses before dispatch. After shipment, we’ll attempt a carrier intercept where available (not guaranteed). Please contact us immediately with your order number.
