How long will my order take to ship?

How do I start a return?

Are your Prada sunglasses authentic?

Yes. We sell authentic Prada eyewear from authorized sources. Each pair ships with original packaging and documentation where provided.

Do you offer warranty support?

Manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Start a claim by contacting us with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.

Can I add prescription lenses?

We sell frames/sunglasses only. You can bring them to your optician for Rx lenses. Contact us for frame measurements and lens compatibility.
