We want you to love your eyewear. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
- Return window: 30 days from delivery date
- Condition: new, unworn, unaltered, with all original packaging and accessories
- Refund method: original payment method
- Availability: US orders. For other regions, contact support prior to purchase.
Return eligibility
- Frames/lenses are unused and free from scratches, wear or adjustments
- All original packaging included: case, outer box/sleeve, cleaning cloth, inserts, and any authenticity cards
- Security tags/seals (if present) intact and not removed

Non‑returnable items
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at checkout)
- Gift cards and e‑gift cards
- Items returned in used or damaged condition (e.g., lens scratches, bent temples)
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
How to start a return
- Request authorization: Email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive instructions: We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid label for eligible US returns. A $9.95 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Package securely: Place the product and all accessories in the original case and outer packaging. Use a protective shipping box and include the RMA slip.
- Ship & track: Drop off at the specified carrier within 7 days of receiving your label. Keep tracking for your records.
If you prefer to use your own insured, trackable shipping method, please share the tracking number with our team. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Exchanges
Want a different color or style? We can help with a quick exchange. The fastest option is to place a new order and return the original for a refund. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact support and we’ll reserve the replacement once your return is in transit.
Damages & defects
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after your return is delivered and inspected
- Credits are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless we made an error
- Incomplete returns (missing accessories/packaging) or items showing wear may be refused or subject to a refurbishment/restocking fee up to 15%
Manufacturer warranty
Prada eyewear is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with applicable law. If you believe you have a warranty claim, contact our team with photos and your order details and we’ll guide you through next steps.
Gifts & store credit
Items received as a gift can be returned for store credit to the recipient, subject to the same eligibility requirements. Please include the purchaser’s name or order number to help us locate the order.
Holiday returns
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 enjoy extended returns through January 31 of the following year, provided items remain unused and in original packaging.
International returns
At this time, our standard returns process supports US orders. If you are outside the US, please contact us before purchasing so we can advise on options and any region‑specific policies.
